Before you write to us
- I haven't received my joining link. Check your spam folder and the WhatsApp number you registered with. If it isn't there, email us with the name you registered under.
- I want a refund. Read the Refund Policy, then email us with your registration name and payment date.
- Can I attend later or watch a recording? The workshop is live only. There is no recording.
- My payment failed but money was debited. Banks usually auto-reverse this within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, email us with the transaction details.
