Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of and participation in any workshop, programme, session or digital product offered by Swetha Vanga, a sole proprietorship registered in India, with its principal place of business at 4-7-18/17/1, Street No 3, Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana 500076 (“SV Community”, “we”, “us”). GSTIN: 36AWIPV5012F1ZI.
By registering, making payment or attending any session, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not register.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or attend any of our workshops or programmes. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you have provided is accurate.
3. What we provide
3.1 The workshop
The two-day workshop is a live online session conducted over video conferencing in Telugu, on the dates and at the times stated on the registration page.
The workshop is live only. Unless we expressly state otherwise on the registration page, no recording is provided afterwards. If you cannot attend live, please read section 6 before purchasing.
3.2 Nature of the content
Our workshops and programmes cover karmic understanding, inner-child work, subconscious patterning, breath, sound, mantra and energy practices. They are offered for personal, educational and spiritual development.
3.3 What we do not provide — please read carefully
Our sessions are not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment of any kind, and they are not a substitute for any of these.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any physical or mental health condition. Nothing said in a session, on this website, in any advertisement or in any communication from us should be understood as a claim to do so.
We are not doctors, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists or licensed mental health professionals acting in that capacity.
If you have a physical or mental health condition, are receiving medical or psychiatric treatment, or are taking prescribed medication, you must consult your treating doctor before participating. Never stop, reduce or alter prescribed treatment or medication because of anything you learn in our sessions.
If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself, please seek immediate professional help or contact emergency services. Our sessions are not an appropriate or safe substitute for crisis support.
3.4 No guarantee of results
Personal and spiritual development depends on many factors outside our control, including your own participation and circumstances.
We make no promise, representation or guarantee of any specific outcome or result. We do not promise improvement in your finances, income, relationships, marriage, career, health or any other area of your life. Any experience described by a past participant is that individual’s account and is not a prediction of what you will experience.
4. Registration and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and is subject to their terms in addition to ours. Your registration is confirmed only when payment has been successfully received and we have sent you a confirmation.
Your registration is personal to you and non-transferable. Joining links must not be shared. We may remove any participant who joins using a link registered to another person. We may limit the number of participants in any session.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation by us
We may reschedule or cancel a session for reasons including technical failure, illness of a facilitator, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we reschedule, we will notify you and you may either attend the new date or request a full refund. If we cancel entirely and do not offer an alternative date, you will receive a full refund. This is our maximum liability in that situation.
6. Your conduct
You agree that during any session you will not record, screenshot, stream, transmit or reproduce any part of the session; not share joining links or access credentials with anyone; treat facilitators and other participants with respect; not use the session chat to promote your own business, products or services; and not disclose outside the session anything personal shared by another participant.
Many participants share sensitive personal matters in these sessions. Confidentiality between participants is a condition of attendance.
We may remove any participant who breaches these conditions, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content provided by us — including session content, teaching frameworks, written material, workbooks, audio, video, graphics and the content of this website — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.
You may use material provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, teach, adapt or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
Recording or redistributing any part of a live session is a breach of these Terms and of copyright law.
8. Testimonials and use of your feedback
If you send us feedback, a written message, an audio note or a video about your experience, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing, including on this website and in paid advertising, together with your first name and city.
You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing support@svcommunity.in. We will stop using it in new material and remove it from material we control within a reasonable period.
We will not use your feedback in a way that alters its meaning, and we will not attach a claim to it that you did not make.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income, profits, opportunity or data, arising from your use of this website or participation in any programme; our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the programme giving rise to the claim; and we are not liable for failures caused by your internet connection, your device, or the video conferencing platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our content, or your breach of another participant’s confidentiality.
11. Third-party services
Our website and sessions rely on third-party services including payment processing, hosting, email, messaging and video conferencing. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or acts of those providers.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
